Advise on funding, employee benefit plan design, underwriting and funding concepts
Lead data analytic projects and review actuarial deliverables and models
Drive revenue growth through sales of actuarial, financial and risk solutions
Flexible hybrid working with a mix of remote and in-office based on team/client needs

Delivery in a consulting or brokerage environment

Proven client relationship and revenue generation skills

KEY REQUIREMENTS

10+ years experience delivering health and welfare financial/actuarial strategies
Experience in a consulting or brokerage environment
State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
Proven ability to generate revenue and grow client relationships
Proven ability to lead data analytic projects
