  • Drive revenue growth through sales of actuarial and financial solutions
  • Lead data analytic projects and develop new H&B intellectual capital
  • Hybrid working model based on team and client needs (Irvine, CA)

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Health and welfare financial/actuarial strategy delivery
  • Employee benefit plan design and funding concepts
  • Consulting or brokerage client engagement experience
  • Proven ability to generate revenue and grow client relationships
  • Lead data analytic projects for benefits clients

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 10+ years delivering complex health and welfare financial/actuarial strategies
  • Experience in a consulting or brokerage environment
  • State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
  • Proven ability to generate revenue and grow client relationships
