JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead financial and actuarial engagements for large, complex employer clients
- Develop funding, plan design and benefits financial strategies
- Drive new business, expansion and cross-selling for H&B solutions
- Lead data analytics projects and provide final quality review on deliverables
- Requires state Life & Health license within 90 days of joining
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Delivery of complex health and welfare financial/actuarial strategies
- Benefits plan design, underwriting and funding concepts
- Post-retirement and employment benefits funding experience
- Leading data analytics projects for client engagements
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 15+ years delivering complex health and welfare financial/actuarial solutions
- Experience in a consulting or brokerage environment
- Proven ability to lead data analytic projects
- State Life & Health license required within 90 days
- Executive presence with strong senior stakeholder influence skills
