Senior P&C product manager for Homeowners responsible for state-level growth, profitability and compliance. You will partner with Actuarial, Underwriting, Claims and State Filings to develop and implement rate, rule and form filings, monitor loss ratios, and build dashboards to guide business decisions. Location options include Bedminster, NJ; Austin, TX; and Dallas, TX.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Drive growth and profitability for homeowners across assigned states
- Partner with Actuarial and State Filings on rate, rule and form filings
- Monitor retention, production and loss ratios and translate insights
- Build reporting dashboards and translate business requirements
- Work on multi-state product rollouts and ensure regulatory compliance
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- personal lines insurance (homeowners)

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 5–7 years in personal lines insurance, finance, actuarial, or analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, PowerQuery) and working knowledge of SQL
- Proven cross-functional partnership with Actuarial, Underwriting, Claims
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects independently
