JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Maintain and develop Property & Inland Marine coverage forms and endorsements
- Lead rate review and coordinate base rate management with Actuarial
- Manage CAT exposure assessment and appropriate CAT pricing
- Hybrid role — Mon–Wed in office, Thu–Fri optional remote (preferred CT location)
- Senior role requiring 8+ years commercial product management experience
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Commercial property product development or management
- Property underwriting with CAT management
- Insurance policy contract and form drafting
- Pricing concepts and actuarial pricing approaches
- Collaborating with Actuarial on base rate setting
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of commercial product management experience
- 3–5 years Commercial Property product or 3–5 years Property underwriting with CAT management
- Strong knowledge of actuarial concepts and pricing approaches
- Solid insurance form drafting and project management skills
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
