JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Maintain and develop Property & Inland Marine coverage forms and endorsements
Lead rate review and coordinate base rate management with Actuarial
Manage CAT exposure assessment and appropriate CAT pricing
Hybrid role — Mon–Wed in office, Thu–Fri optional remote (preferred CT location)
Senior role requiring 8+ years commercial product management experience

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

Commercial property product development or management
Property underwriting with CAT management
Insurance policy contract and form drafting
Pricing concepts and actuarial pricing approaches
Collaborating with Actuarial on base rate setting

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of commercial product management experience
3–5 years Commercial Property product or 3–5 years Property underwriting with CAT management
Strong knowledge of actuarial concepts and pricing approaches
Solid insurance form drafting and project management skills
