Requirements

Must have

  • Able to work in the US indefinitely without visa sponsorship
  • Completed a Summer 2026 internship with WTW
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in quantitative field with minimum 3.0 GPA

Strongly preferred

  • One or more actuarial exams passed
  • Work or extracurricular experience demonstrating strong technical, client service, and leadership skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Nice to have

  • Additional programming/software skills
