Senior P&C-focused actuarial predictive modeling lead. You will design, build, and implement pricing segmentation and lifetime value models, drive end-to-end pricing initiatives, and partner with Actuarial, Product, Underwriting and IT. Role based in Creve Coeur, MO with strong emphasis on SQL, Python, and actuarial ratemaking.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Lead design and build of predictive pricing and segmentation models
  • Drive end-to-end pricing initiatives from development to monitoring
  • Partner with Product, Underwriting, Actuarial and IT on rate filings
  • Mentor predictive modelers and ensure documentation and governance
  • Requires 7–9 years insurance predictive modeling experience and a Master’s

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Predictive modeling for insurance pricing and segmentation
  • Loss cost modeling and development of rating features
  • Lifetime value, acquisition, retention and conversion modeling

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 7–9 years building and deploying predictive models in an insurance environment
  • Master's degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) required
  • Strong SQL skills required
  • Proven experience implementing predictive modeling solutions for insurance use cases
  • Able to work autonomously and lead complex analytic projects
