Role Summary

HIGHLIGHTS

Senior P&C-focused actuarial predictive modeling lead. You will design, build, and implement pricing segmentation and lifetime value models, drive end-to-end pricing initiatives, and partner with Actuarial, Product, Underwriting and IT. Role based in Creve Coeur, MO with strong emphasis on SQL, Python, and actuarial ratemaking.

Drive end-to-end pricing initiatives from development to monitoring
Partner with Product, Underwriting, Actuarial and IT on rate filings
Mentor predictive modelers and ensure documentation and governance
Requires 7–9 years insurance predictive modeling experience and a Master’s

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

Predictive modeling for insurance pricing and segmentation
Loss cost modeling and development of rating features
Lifetime value, acquisition, retention and conversion modeling

KEY REQUIREMENTS

7–9 years building and deploying predictive models in an insurance environment
Master's degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) required
Strong SQL skills required
Proven experience implementing predictive modeling solutions for insurance use cases
Able to work autonomously and lead complex analytic projects
