JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Deliver defined benefit valuations and pension accounting analyses for multinationals
- Serve as project manager and main liaison to consultants and clients
- Prepare first-draft deliverables and contribute to proposals and RFPs
- Use Excel and MS Project for data analysis and project tracking
- Ideal for candidates progressing toward ASA with ~2 years actuarial experience
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Defined benefit valuation for multinational companies
- Accounting for pension and benefit costs and financial reporting
- Retirement plan benefit calculations and statements
- Managing multiple projects and delivering on time and budget
- Supporting sales of benefits and retirement consulting services
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Minimum 2 years in a related Actuarial Analyst role
- Experience delivering defined benefit valuation and actuarial consulting to multinationals
- Working knowledge of Excel and MS Project
- Exam progress toward ASA designation or equivalent international credentials
