- Analyze healthcare cost and utilization to support pricing and forecasting
- Prepare Rate Development Templates (RDTs) and Special Data Requests
- Build reports and dashboards using SQL, SAS, Python/R and BI tools
- Manage and mentor assigned staff and lead cross‑functional projects
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Medi‑Cal Rate Development Template (RDT) submissions
- Healthcare cost and utilization analysis
- Analytical programming with SQL, Oracle, or BI tools
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of healthcare data analysis experience
- 3+ years experience with Medi‑Cal Rate Development Template (RDT) submissions
- 1+ year leading staff, processes, or programs
- Proficient in SQL, SAS, Python or R and business intelligence tools
- Familiarity with DHCS/CMS regulatory reporting and compliance
