JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead actuarial and risk modeling for US healthcare (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial)
- Develop predictive models for cost forecasting, risk adjustment, and member stratification
- Apply GLMs, survival analysis, time series and machine learning methods
- Work with large claims, member, and provider datasets on Databricks-like platforms
- Contract role requiring 10+ years of US healthcare actuarial/risk modeling experience
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- US healthcare actuarial and risk modeling
- Medicare (MA, FFS, Risk Adjustment) experience
- Medicaid / state program modeling experience
- Commercial / employer plan cost and utilization modeling
- Cost modelling and utilization forecasting
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years developing actuarial or risk models in the US healthcare industry
- Proven experience with Medicare (MA/FFS/risk adjustment), Medicaid, or commercial plans
- Advanced modelling: GLMs, survival analysis, and time series forecasting
- Hands-on experience with Python, R, and SQL and large healthcare datasets
- Must be eligible to work in the US without immigration sponsorship
