- Lead Commercial Enterprise Release Support projects from initiation through completion
- Manage resources, budgets, risks and change across cross-functional teams
- Provide strategic advisory and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership
- Drive operational readiness and coordinate escalated production issue resolution
- Hybrid role with expected onsite presence three days per week
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- ACAS actuarial experience (10+ years)
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years of ACAS experience
- Proven leadership managing teams and setting strategic direction
- Strong project and change management skills delivering on time and budget
- Experience with business intelligence and data-supported decision making
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with finance, legal, analytics, and IT
