JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead design, rating and development of P&C products (personal lines and commercial)
- Drive data process and modeling methodology evolution
- Advanced coding in Python or R for predictive modeling and pricing
- Partner with underwriting, sales, and product teams to implement enhancements
- Mentor junior analysts and distribute workflow by project priority

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree required (analytical concentration)

- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder partnership skills
