JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Lead predictive analytics for Risk Adjustment across Medicaid, Marketplace, and Medicare/MMP
  • Design and develop suspect, targeting, and tracking engines for interventions
  • Analyze medical claims, pharmacy, lab and financial data to track risk scores and outcomes
  • Hands-on work with complex data using T-SQL, SSIS and SSRS
  • Role based in Long Beach, CA supporting cross-functional stakeholders and executives

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Data mapping, scrubbing, and cleaning
  • Managed Care Organization techno-functional analytics
  • T-SQL, SSIS and SSRS development
  • Risk score and encounter/payment model analysis
  • Prospective and retrospective targeting analytics

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 6+ years working with data mapping, scrubbing, and cleaning
  • 5+ years in a Managed Care Organization in a techno-functional analytics role
  • 5+ years experience with Microsoft T-SQL, SSIS and SSRS
  • 5+ years analyzing risk scores, encounter submissions, and payment models
  • 5+ years in prospective/retrospective targeting analytics and reporting
