JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead strategy and growth initiatives for the Life actuarial practice
- Develop methodologies, tools, and data resources for client work
- Support business development, proposals, and client relationships
- Mentor team members and contribute to talent development
- Hybrid role based in Cincinnati, OH with up to 50% travel
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Life actuarial experience
- Product development for individual life & annuities
- Experience studies for core life assumptions
- Assumption setting for pricing/reporting
- Financial reporting (stat/GAAP/IFRS)
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree required
- ASA or FSA designation required
- 10+ years of life actuarial experience
- Ability to travel up to 50%
