JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Lead reinsurance analyses and optimization for life and annuity product portfolios
Develop and run actuarial models for pricing, valuation, and risk management
Serve as SME in pricing, reserving, economic capital, modeling, or ALM
Lead cross-functional project teams from concept through implementation
Hybrid role — in office 4 days/week (San Antonio, TX or Charlotte, NC)

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

Life reinsurance transactions onshore and offshore
Evaluating quota share, YRT, and coinsurance structures
Modeling reinsurance impact under economic and regulatory scenarios
Pricing and valuation for life and annuity products
Economic capital and asset-liability management analysis

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) with 6+ years actuarial experience, or
Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) with 12+ years relevant actuarial experience
Subject matter expertise in product pricing, reserving, economic capital or ALM
Experience leading project teams through planning, execution, and implementation
Eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
