HIGHLIGHTS

Senior life reserving lead focused on principle-based reserves for life and annuity products. You will lead valuation model runs, ensure NAIC (VM) compliance, and present findings to senior leadership. Role is remote-eligible in the U.S. with San Antonio, TX location and hybrid on-site expectations for local candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Lead calculation, reporting, and forecasting of life and annuity principle-based reserves
Own model runs, validation, and governance for valuation deliverables
Present reserve analyses and recommendations to senior leadership
Remote-eligible within continental U.S.; local hires expected 3–4 days/week in-office
Role requires SOA fellowship (FSA) or long-tenure ASA experience

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Attainment of Fellow of the SOA (FSA) with 8 years actuarial experience, or

Ability to ensure compliance with NAIC valuation manual and valuation processes
Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
