You will lead complex actuarial analyses, model governance, and present results to senior leadership. Remote-eligible in the continental U.S.; Charlotte, NC location noted.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead PBR calculation, forecasting, and reporting for life and annuity products
- Provide technical leadership, model governance, and validation for reserving
- Present model runs and reserve analysis to senior leadership
- Remote eligible in continental U.S.; local hires within 60 miles expected onsite
- Role expects FSA (8+ years) or ASA (16+ years) level actuarial credentials
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Principle-based reserving for life and annuities (NAIC VM-20/VM-31/VM-22)
- Life and annuity reserving and forecasting
- Model governance, validation, and reporting for reserves
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years actuarial experience and attainment of FSA OR 16+ years and attainment of ASA
- Deep experience with Life & Annuity principle-based reserving and NAIC guidance
- Proven ability to advise senior management and lead complex cross-functional projects
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
