Role Summary

Credentialed L&H actuary role at a full-stack insurance carrier. You will own pricing, reserving, valuation, product development, regulatory support, and reinsurance for employee-benefits and supplemental insurance. Serve as appointed actuary, sign actuarial opinions, and build the actuarial function. Hybrid role in Chicago, IL.

Key Requirements

ASA or FSA and MAAA, in good standing
Satisfies US Qualification Standards for L&H opinions
Hands-on experience with employee-benefits and supplemental health products
Experience preparing/signing actuarial opinions and rate-filing support
Knowledge of NAIC annual statement, ASOPs, and state-specific requirements
