JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Actuarial intern supporting pricing, reserving, forecasting, and profitability reviews
- Work within Berkley Life Sciences (P&C specialty) in Ewing, NJ
- Collect, clean, and analyze policy and claim data; build scripts and tools
- Prepare exhibits, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Onsite internship level role reporting to the Chief Actuary
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Coursework/projects using Python, R, or SQL
- Experience with Excel
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Pursuing a BA/BS degree from a 4-year accredited institution
- Coursework or projects using Python, R, or SQL
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship (sponsorship not offered)
