Manager-level P&C actuarial role focused on Businessowners Policy (BOP) product development and pricing. You will lead rate adequacy reviews, manage end-to-end product filings, build analytics, and manage a small team. Role is based in multiple US offices (minimum three days per week on-site).
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Manage BOP product development and advanced pricing plans
- Lead rate adequacy indications and renewal impact analyses
- Own end-to-end product filings and regulator responses
- Build and analyze predictive models; work with R and SQL
- Hybrid role – minimum 3 days/week on-site in listed offices
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- P&C insurance experience
- Commercial Property or Businessowners Policy product experience
- Product filings and rate indication experience
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science or STEM
- ACAS or FCAS credential required
- 5+ years of P&C insurance experience
- Commercial Property / Businessowners Policy product experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, R and SQL
