JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Manage BOP product development and pricing for commercial lines
- Lead rate adequacy indications, renewal impact analyses, and filings
- Supervise and develop a team of 2–4 actuarial analysts
- Build analytics and evaluate predictive model results using R and SQL
- Hybrid role — minimum three days per week onsite at specified US offices
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- P&C insurance experience
- Commercial Property or Businessowners Policy (BOP) product experience
- Rate adequacy indications and renewal impact analyses
- Product filings and responding to insurance departments
- Analysis of predictive model results and third‑party data value
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- ACAS or FCAS credential required
- 5+ years of P&C insurance experience
- Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science or STEM required
- Proficiency with R and SQL and Microsoft Office
- Experience managing and developing 2–4 direct reports
