You’ll lead rate adequacy reviews, manage product filings, and build analytics to inform product decisions. This manager role leads a small team and is hybrid based in Fairfield, CA (minimum 3 days onsite).
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Manage BOP product development and pricing for commercial property
- Lead rate adequacy reviews and renewal impact analyses
- Oversee end-to-end rate filings and regulatory responses
- Build analytics and evaluate predictive model results using R and SQL
- Manager role with 2–4 direct reports; minimum 3 days/week onsite
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- P&C insurance experience
- Commercial Property or BOP product experience
- Rate adequacy and renewal impact analysis
- Product filings and regulatory responses
- Predictive model analysis and third-party data evaluation
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of P&C insurance experience
- ACAS or FCAS required
- Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science or STEM
- Proficiency in R and SQL
- Experience managing a small team (2–4 direct reports)
