Role Summary

HIGHLIGHTS

Manager, Actuarial on the Commercial Actuarial team focused on Businessowners Policy (BOP) product development. You’ll lead pricing/rate adequacy, manage product filings, and develop analytics to support commercial property product strategy. This is a manager-level role with 2–4 direct reports and hybrid work (minimum three days onsite) based in Cheshire, CT or several other US offices.

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

P&C insurance experience
Commercial Property or Businessowners Policy (BOP) product experience
Managing product filings and rate indications
Analysis of predictive model results
Proficiency with R and SQL

KEY REQUIREMENTS

ACAS or FCAS required
5+ years of P&C insurance experience
Commercial Property / Businessowners Policy experience preferred
Proficiency with R and SQL and Microsoft Office
Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science or STEM required
