HIGHLIGHTS

Manager-level health actuarial role focused on ACA risk adjustment at Oscar Health in Tempe, AZ. JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Manage ACA risk adjustment modeling, forecasting, and monthly transfer estimates
Develop market-level morbidity predictions with cross-functional data science teams
Maintain and evolve core risk-adjustment reporting and financial forecasts
Hybrid role in Tempe, AZ — 3 days/week in office (Thursdays required)
Manager-level position reporting to the Director, Actuarial

Associate or Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, or on track toward SOA credential
5+ years of quantitative analysis experience
