JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead an actuarial team measuring performance of value-based/shared savings arrangements
- Manage monthly development and application of IBNR estimates
- Prepare shared savings settlement analyses and present to payer partners
- Analyze profitability by duration, acuity, and resource allocation for leadership
- Strong SQL skills required for claims and revenue/risk score analyses

- Medicaid managed care experience
- IBNR development and application
- Value-based care and shared savings analytics
- Cost, risk score, and revenue modeling
- Experience with Medicaid capitation negotiations
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Associate or Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (ASA or FSA) required
- 5+ years of health actuarial experience
- 2+ years of Medicaid managed care experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong SQL skills
