You will lead pricing, predictive model development, and quarterly reserving/financial reporting for a US-based remote team. This fully remote role expects 10–15 years' actuarial experience and managerial responsibility.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Manage pricing and reserving activities for workers' compensation
- Lead rate filings, profitability reviews, and predictive model updates
- Prepare quarterly reserves and actuarial reports including SAO
- Fully remote role (US candidates only), manager level with direct reports
- FCAS or ACAS designation preferred; 10–15 years' actuarial experience
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- workers' compensation pricing and reserving
- rate filings and regulatory reporting (NCCI, WCIRB)
- development and maintenance of pricing models and dashboards
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 10–15 years of actuarial-related work experience
- Must be located in the United States and work without sponsorship
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Manage assigned actuarial direct report(s) and provide leadership
