You will lead actuarial modeling, program financial reconciliations, forecasting of claims and CMS revenue, and develop enterprise risk capabilities while managing direct reports and partnering with finance and operations.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead actuarial modeling and financial management for Medicare Advantage C‑SNP kidney care programs
- Own program reconciliations, forecasts of claims cost and CMS revenue
- Manage and mentor actuarial and medical economics analysts
- Work with CMS reporting (MMR, MOR) and create executive presentations
- Based in Malvern, PA; DaVita employer with full benefits
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Medicare Advantage actuarial experience
- Experience analyzing CMS reporting files such as MMR and MOR
- Actuarial modeling and forecasting of program experience and CMS revenue
- Managing actuarial or medical economics analysts
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) required
- At least 6 years of Medicare Advantage and actuarial experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or Economics required
- Proven people management of actuarial/medical economics analysts
- Extensive actuarial modeling experience in Microsoft Excel
