JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Manage BAU actuarial modeling and delivery for Retirement Plan scope
  • Hands-on GGY AXIS modeling, run control, output review and troubleshooting
  • Provide first-layer review, QA, documentation and model governance
  • Lead onboarding, training and development for junior actuarial staff
  • Support ad-hoc analyses and cross-line business initiatives

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • BAU actuarial modeling and reporting using GGY AXIS
  • Hands-on AXIS model runs, output review and troubleshooting
  • Business knowledge of Retirement Plan or Individual Annuity products
  • Projection modeling and reporting (CFT, effective duration, EEV)
  • Model governance, testing discipline and documentation standards

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 5–8 years of progressive actuarial modeling experience
  • Hands-on GGY AXIS modeling expertise (required)
  • Business knowledge of Retirement Plan or Individual Annuity products
  • Experience with projection modeling and reporting (e.g., CFT, EEV)
  • Strong documentation, testing discipline and governance focus
