Manager-level P&C-focused role in Inver Grove Heights, MN supporting CHS's global insurance and captive programs. You will lead program placements, own actuarial reviews for captive reserve adequacy and loss projections, and partner cross-functionally on risk financing, broker/carrier relationships, and financial forecasting. Hybrid role (3 days/week in-office).
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Manage global insurance program placements including property, casualty, marine and specialty lines
- Own actuarial reviews for captive reserve adequacy and loss projections
- Lead broker and carrier relationships and reinsurance placements
- Partner with Finance, Legal, Treasury and business units on risk financing
- Hybrid role – 3 days/week in Inver Grove Heights, MN

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 7+ years progressive corporate insurance or risk financing experience

- Proven broker and carrier relationship management experience
- Analytical and financial modeling skills for insurance and captive programs
