- Manage a team of insurance analysts and build career tracks and best practices
- Own the core insurance metrics layer and ensure accurate, actionable reporting
- Design dashboards and develop automated reporting for BU leaders
- Collaborate with data engineering and product to close data gaps
- Requires 7+ years in personal lines insurance analytics and SQL/Python skills
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- personal lines insurance analytics experience
- familiarity with actuarial, underwriting, and claims data domains
- team leadership with 3-5 years direct management
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 7+ years experience in personal lines insurance data and analytics
- 3–5 years direct people management experience
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (required)
- Skilled in writing, directing, and reviewing code in SQL and Python
- Familiarity with actuarial, underwriting, and claims data domains
