  • Partner with Product, Underwriting, and Engineering on deployments
  • Hybrid role with hubs in SF Bay Area, Austin, Dallas, and Morristown

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Personal lines P&C insurance experience
  • Homeowners loss cost modeling
  • Experience with demand, underwriting, or claims modeling

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (required)
  • 5+ years in data science, analytics, or actuarial modeling in personal P&C
  • Strong experience with loss cost modeling and frequency/severity work
  • Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL
  • Experience translating models into production workflows (Airflow mentioned)
