Senior health/employee benefits actuarial leader based in Denver. You will lead Lockton’s Analytics & Insights practice, direct financial modelling, forecasting, and reporting, and advise large employer clients on plan design, funding and stop-loss strategy. Role requires substantial people leadership and client-facing experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead Analytics & Insights practice for employee benefits and stop-loss consulting
- Advise large, complex employers on plan design, funding and stop-loss
- Own methodology, delivery quality, and analytics roadmap
- Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team of actuaries and analysts
- Use advanced Excel and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) for executive reporting

- health actuarial consulting
- stop-loss and underwriting strategy
- benefits financial modeling (rate setting, contribution modeling, forecasting)
- advising large employers (5,000+ employees)
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 12+ years in employee benefits or health actuarial/financial consulting
- 7+ years leading multidisciplinary teams
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus
- ASA or FSA credential preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Legally able to work in the United States (no sponsorship)
