JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Lead commercial growth for Hedging, ALM and Strategic Asset Allocation in North America
  • Sell PathWise-driven advisory and software solutions to C-suite and ALM/Hedging heads
  • Define and lead delivery of multi-disciplinary project teams (actuaries, quants, investment advisors)
  • Target senior life insurers and advise on VA, RILA, FIA, and MYGA hedging and capital strategies
  • Role based in Chicago/New York or remote/hybrid with global support responsibilities

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Hedging and ALM for life insurers
  • Variable Annuities, RILA, FIA, and MYGA product expertise
  • Regulatory experience with VM-21, VM-22 and BSCR
  • Capital management and SAA optimizations including Bermuda capital considerations

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • FSA designation required
  • 12+ years in life insurance or investment banking focused on hedging/ALM/derivatives
  • Proven senior sales/consulting track record with life insurers
  • Expert knowledge of VM-21, VM-22 and BSCR capital implications
  • Deep product expertise in Variable Annuities, RILA, FIA, and MYGA valuation/hedging
