Senior Life actuarial leadership role focused on ALM, hedging, and capital optimization within Aon’s Life Solutions practice. You will drive business development for PathWise-led hedging and ALM solutions and lead delivery for complex engagements across North America (based in Chicago, New York, or remote/hybrid). Requires an FSA and deep experience with VAs, RILAs, FIAs, MYGAs, and US statutory frameworks.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead commercial growth for Hedging, ALM and Strategic Asset Allocation in North America
- Sell PathWise-driven advisory and software solutions to C-suite and ALM/Hedging heads
- Define and lead delivery of multi-disciplinary project teams (actuaries, quants, investment advisors)
- Target senior life insurers and advise on VA, RILA, FIA, and MYGA hedging and capital strategies
- Role based in Chicago/New York or remote/hybrid with global support responsibilities
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Hedging and ALM for life insurers
- Variable Annuities, RILA, FIA, and MYGA product expertise
- Regulatory experience with VM-21, VM-22 and BSCR
- Capital management and SAA optimizations including Bermuda capital considerations
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- FSA designation required
- 12+ years in life insurance or investment banking focused on hedging/ALM/derivatives
- Proven senior sales/consulting track record with life insurers
- Expert knowledge of VM-21, VM-22 and BSCR capital implications
- Deep product expertise in Variable Annuities, RILA, FIA, and MYGA valuation/hedging
