Closer to a transformation build than a conventional people-leadership role because the defining challenge is creating the practice and its operating model from scratch.

Executive US retirement actuarial leadership role founding and running Infinity’s Pension & Retirement Plan business unit. You will provide sign-off on funding valuations, build client relationships and revenue, shape the service offering, and work with engineering to automate recurring valuation, accounting, and regulatory workflows.

Requirements

Must have

  • Enrolled Actuary or credentialed actuary with sign-off authority for funding valuations
  • Deep pension and retirement plan experience with funding valuations, accounting disclosures, and regulatory reporting
  • Based in the United States

Strongly preferred

  • Portable book of business or credibility to build a client base quickly
  • Senior practitioner or already independent
  • A point of view on automation using AI-driven workflows
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
