JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Configure rules, calculations, and system logic within OIPA for life products
- Support product launches, monthly production releases, and valuation workflows
- Build test tools, validate calculations, and analyze policyholder behavior data
- Hybrid role based in Columbus, OH with remote options for highly qualified candidates
- Ideal for a tech‑curious associate with 4+ years in systems or config-heavy roles
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Systems/configuration experience with actuarial calculations
- Oracle Insurance Policy Administration (OIPA) configuration
- Experience with XML, SQL, SoapUI, Excel, and VBA
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years in systems, ETL, data, or configuration-heavy roles
- Experience applying actuarial calculations and concepts in system config
- Familiarity with XML, SQL, Excel/VBA and integration testing (SoapUI)
- Experience with OIPA configuration strongly preferred
- Eligible to work in the US (position can be filled in lower 48 states)
