JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead annuity product development, pricing, hedging, assumption benchmarking and valuation
- Client-facing consulting role presenting findings to senior leaders and executives
- Manage and mentor junior actuarial staff across multiple workstreams
- Use actuarial modelling systems and scripting (AXIS, Prophet, R, Python)
- Hybrid role – expected in local office at least three days per week

- Annuity pricing and rate setting
- In-force annuity management
- Valuation, hedging and assumption benchmarking
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of relevant annuities experience
- Experience in annuity pricing, product development or in-force management
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, or related field
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple workstreams
- Strong client communication and executive presentation skills
