JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead complex annuity analyses: product development, pricing, valuation and hedging
- Client-facing role: own communications and present to executives
- Mentor junior staff and ensure technical quality of deliverables
- Work with AXIS, Prophet, and scripting languages such as R or Python
- Hybrid role with at least three days per week in the local office
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Annuity product development and pricing
- Annuity valuation and assumption benchmarking
- Hedging and annuity risk management
- In-force annuity product management
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of relevant annuities experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, or related field
- Hands-on experience with annuity product development, pricing or in-force management
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple workstreams
