DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Life/annuity M&A and pricing
  • Actuarial pricing model development
  • Profitability projections and data flow management
  • Risk management, sensitivity analysis, regulatory compliance
  • Product development and inforce policy management

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years in financial consulting or insurance with life M&A focus
  • FSA preferred and life/annuity pricing experience required
  • Expertise in actuarial pricing models, profitability projections, and data flows
  • Exposure to US NAIC, US GAAP, IFRS, Solvency II accounting regimes
  • Ability to deliver in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
