Lead large, complex P&C actuarial engagements for insurers, reinsurers, and captives
Drive revenue growth through business development and expanding client relationships
Oversee reserving, pricing, predictive modeling, and capital modeling projects
Champion AI, analytics, and automation to modernize actuarial delivery
Coach and mentor consultants, managers, and analysts across teams

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

Property and casualty actuarial consulting
Loss reserving and ratemaking
Predictive modeling and economic capital modeling
Client relationship management and business development

KEY REQUIREMENTS

ACAS or FCAS credential required
10+ years of P&C actuarial consulting or insurance experience
Proven client relationship management and business development success
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
Willingness to work hybrid (3+ days/week in office)
