JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead large, complex P&C actuarial engagements (reserving, pricing, capital)
- Drive business development and client relationship growth
- Champion AI, analytics, and automation to modernize delivery
- Manage and mentor consultants, managers, and analysts
- Hybrid role – expected in local office at least 3 days/week
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Property & Casualty actuarial experience
- Loss reserving and pricing experience
- Economic capital modeling and risk analytics
- Client relationship management and business development
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- ACAS or FCAS credential required
- 10+ years of P&C actuarial consulting or insurance experience
- Proven client leadership and business development track record
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
