Role Summary

HIGHLIGHTS

Principal role in Oliver Wyman's P&C Actuarial Consulting Practice. Lead complex reserving, pricing, predictive modelling and capital engagements while driving business development and mentoring teams. Requires ACAS or FCAS and 10+ years P&C actuarial consulting or carrier experience. Location: Milwaukee, WI (one of multiple US office locations).

Champion AI, analytics and automation to modernize actuarial delivery
Mentor and develop consultants, managers, and analysts
Hybrid role — expected in local office at least three days per week

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

Property & Casualty actuarial consulting experience
Managing client relationships and complex engagements
Business development and revenue generation in insurance
Experience with reserving, pricing, and capital modelling

KEY REQUIREMENTS

ACAS or FCAS credential required
10+ years of P&C actuarial consulting or insurance experience
Proven experience managing client relationships and leading engagements
Demonstrated business development success
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
