JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead large, complex P&C actuarial engagements (reserving, pricing, capital)
- Serve as client lead and drive business development and revenue growth
- Modernize delivery using AI, analytics, automation and scalable solutions
- Coach and mentor consultants, managers, and analysts
- Hybrid role – expected in office at least three days per week
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Property & Casualty actuarial consulting
- Leading reserving, pricing, and economic capital engagements
- Managing client relationships and complex project delivery
- Business development and generating new client opportunities
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint modelling and presentations
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- ACAS or FCAS credential required
- 10+ years of P&C actuarial consulting or insurance experience
- Proven experience managing client relationships and complex engagements
- Demonstrated business development success and revenue growth
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
