Senior P&C actuarial role focused on commercial lines pricing for business owners, general liability, and commercial property. You'll lead pricing analyses, support product development, and monitor portfolio profitability while mentoring junior staff. Role is based in Philadelphia, PA with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office).
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead pricing analyses for commercial lines including BOP, GL, and commercial property
- Provide strategic input to Claims and Product to grow profitable commercial portfolios
- Develop product enhancements and monitor pricing profitability
- Mentor and train junior actuarial staff within the actuarial department
- Hybrid role – three days in office, two days remote (office options include Philadelphia, PA)
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- General Liability pricing
- Commercial Property pricing
- commercial insurance pricing
- actuarial pricing experience
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- FCAS, ACAS, or near-ACAS with five or more years of actuarial experience
- At least two years of actuarial pricing experience
- Exposure to General Liability or Commercial Property pricing
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
- Ability to communicate results and collaborate with business partners
