JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead P&C reserve analyses and Statements of Actuarial Opinion for client engagements
- Advise clients on M&A, economic capital, ERM, and strategic planning
- Oversee rating model/factor development and delivery quality across teams
- Senior Manager role based in Boston with up to 50% client travel
- Requires ACAS or FCAS and 10+ years of P&C actuarial experience
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- P&C reserve analyses including Statements of Actuarial Opinion
- Pricing and profitability analysis and rating model development
- Economic capital modelling and enterprise risk management
- Advising on mergers and acquisitions and strategic financial modelling
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years of property and casualty (P&C) actuarial experience
- Associate (ACAS) or Fellow (FCAS) of the Casualty Actuarial Society
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to travel 0-50% on average
- Experience leading projects and mentoring teams
