JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead P&C reserve analyses including Statements of Actuarial Opinion
- Advise clients on economic capital, ERM, and M&A
- Oversee rating model and factor development and delivery quality
- Manage and mentor medium to large teams on consulting engagements
- Hybrid client-facing role with up to 50% travel (Kansas City, MO)
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Property and casualty actuarial experience
- Reserving analyses and Statements of Actuarial Opinion
- Pricing and financial modeling
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years of property and casualty (P&C) actuarial experience
- Associate (ACAS) or Fellow (FCAS) of the CAS required
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to travel 0–50% on average
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
