Senior Manager P&C actuarial consulting role in Tempe, Arizona, also available in Tampa and other US locations. You’ll lead client engagements covering reserving, pricing, financial modeling, economic capital, ERM, M&A, and strategic planning, while overseeing teams and supporting business development.
Requirements
Must have
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of property and casualty actuarial experience
- ACAS or FCAS designation
- Ability to travel 0-50% on average
Strongly preferred
- 8+ years working in insurance company or consulting environment
- 6+ years of experience leading teams
- 2+ years creating advanced Excel models (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
- 2+ years developing client-ready PowerPoint presentations for executives
- 6+ years with statutory reporting, GAAP, ASOP, SAP, FASB, GASB, reserving methods, pricing, or data modeling
