JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead P&C reserve analyses and produce Statements of Actuarial Opinion
- Develop pricing strategy and oversee rating model and factor development
- Advise clients on M&A, economic capital modelling, and ERM
- Oversee delivery quality across medium to large teams and mentor staff
- Consulting role based in Cincinnati, OH with up to 50% travel
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Property and casualty actuarial experience
- Reserving and Statements of Actuarial Opinion
- Pricing and rating model development
- Economic capital and enterprise risk management
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years of property and casualty (P&C) actuarial experience
- ACAS or FCAS designation required
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to travel 0-50% on average
- Experience leading projects and managing teams
